The position is for candidates with experience of up to 24 months. Candidates from a discipline that requires analytical thinking, structuring of arguments, and articulate writing, are required. |

The analyst should expect to be part of a variety of project teams and will directly support the project manager and senior banker leading that initiative.The analysts will be based out of Gurgaon office and will work on transactions involving Europe, the US and India / Asia and would be required to travel for work. |
| Key Responsibilities And Skills |
- Industry, market, and company analysis;
- Identification of transaction ideas;
- Preparation of information memorandums, Presentations and reports;
- Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring
- Negotiation and deal execution
